My friend Dhana...!

folks, i should tell u all abt my dear friend Dhanasekar,shortly called as Dhana...!

this guy studied with me in higher secondary. though he was comp-sci student and i'm a biology student, we were at the same floor in the hostel. both he and i will not, could not forget those days. we studied(??!!) together, played together, had fun together. especially our "room cricket". that was very famous. we have played hours and hours.
after schools, he joined CSE at SVCE,Chennai. i had a dream of becoming a doctor. so went for improvement. but was not that much fortunate to enter into medical college. so later joined IT. but this time i once again united with my friend. yup...i joined in SVCE. though according to coll i'm his junior, i enjoyed being in the same coll with him. he is from chennai only. i'm from trichy. so i stayed at hostel. Most of the weekends i go to his house only. his house is like second home to me! i have enjoyed every minute in his house. he unknowingly taught me many.
he has taught me:
1.stylish words
2.new angle about movies
3.a very very positive attitude
4.helping tendency
5.orkut(!!!)
and everything. actually i don remember all, coz he has taught me more!

i won't for get one particular incident. i was very much upset when i didn't get selected for 2 consecutive campus placement interviews. my mom found me very upset when she called me. she spoke to dhana and told this. u know what he did? he came to hostel in bike, driving 35km to take me his home. man, who will do this?? even i doubt myself whether i will do to any of my friend! i was given lot of support in his house. his parents, i will not forget these two people, gave lot of confidence and blessings. that weekend gave me lot of strength. on monday i had Wipro interview and i got selected. was very much happy. after speaking to my mom, i called dhana only. i will not forget u da dhana...! will not..!

we all would have heard abt the saying, " a friend in need, is the friend indeed". (i hope this is not wrong") i clearly understood that after meeting dhana!

now, he has gone to Boston, USA to do M.S. he is studying in NorthEastern university.
on aug 16, he started for US. he gave treat for our gang a couple of days before his departure.
i really really miss u da dhana...! i have never felt like this before. u r the first friend who made me feel like this! hats off to Dhanasekar!!!!

INDEPENDENCE

ah...well thats really stupid to write about India's 60 years Independence 6 days late. but the reason is, i was very busy!!! (don ask what did i do!) but was busy. ok lets come to topic straight away.

India was freed from the hands of Britain on August 15,1947. till then, its been 60 years. we have to analyze something at this point f view. are we going in a right path after independence?? r we really growing?? and the most important one is, r we really independent??

we see the things in the order of questions i have raised.

1. i'm not sure whether we r going in a right path or not! even i have read many people saying the same answer. y people r saying like this! there are some reasons. The British govt, gave independence with some black marks. the whole big nation was seperated into two-India and Pakistan. if we were together, we would have achieved many things. we are lacking behind the world in many fields. Both the nations are spending most of their time only for fighting and negotiating. Still no solution found! we spend all our money in this man. Many are dead fighting for the nations! is it not wrong?? Nobody thinking?? rubbish...! Both the country's people hates the other. but we like all other nation people! this is totally stupid. only when both the nations are coming into peace completely, only that day we will go in a right path. till that time, we will be fools following fools!

2.next comes about our growth. How many of u agree that India growing in a steady rate?? well, quite a many. But i don think so. There is no steady rate in growth. It is varying according to the govt in the center. sounds crazy?? but thats the truth. These politicians are having diff thingsin their mind. They lay a plan and trying to implement. but within the completion time, the ew govt comes and abolishes all the steps taken by the former ones. oh god, they all are working for fame, not for the nation's welfare. what i suggest is, two party system. This is coz, atleast there wont be any coaliation party which is threatening the rulers. they are just doing to show their power are to get what they want! I f we say this in public, we will be the fools. hmm.....don know when will India will be free from this time of problems. only that day we can have a steady growth.

3. this is the most important topic. openly, truly say me are we really independent?? ya,i could here all of u saying no! thanx folks for agreeing the truth! can u say me y we r not really independent?? coz, we are not united. ya really man. not united. Each state fights with its neighbours! the Indo-Pak problem was made by the British. but this inter-state problem?? its us! we fight for water. we fight for community. we fight for some stupid reasons. we fight, we fight and we fight. what else we have?? we got independence from the British and we suffer in the hands for rowdism, castism, corruption, everything. we have all bloody things which should not be there! corruption corruption, corruption. cha...i'm frustrated. have u all seen the movie called "Hostel"?? its an english, in which people give money to torture victims. this what happening now in ndia. People kill and then later bribe the officials. will this corruption go one day?? nope...! never..! only when the world gets destroyed, corruption will vanish from the Indian soil.

all the above said are painfully true. hmmm....! but we are helpless. we are afraid to bring a revolution. we are afrain coz, we will be killed, if we say this in public. but don worry folks, one day will come. all the peoply, atleast mojority of people, will be educated and that day many good things will happen. thats is not far.its just near the corner!

but what we have to see is, with these many problems around us, we still grow to some extent. We are the leading "studious" people in the worls. Many country is having our Intellectual support! Atleast these things making us happy.so be proud to be Indian!

How to live????

hi readers,

once again a philosophy!!!! ha..ha...thats fate. u got to read this.

k..we come to matter directly.

i read a book reasently called "The Present" by Johnson.
that was very good.very very good.itz abt how to live. after reading that book, many i take everything very easily. living my moment happily. so i thought i should share what i read.

its like a story. he has written everything with a single story. i will just write some points alone.

1. Live only for the "PRESENT':
---------------------------------
this means, concentrate completely abt the present. this is said with an incident very beautifully.
concider u were a child and u r give some work, like cutting the grass in lawn, painting something in a book,etc. what will be in ur mind? u can observe this from a child. child will be very much interested in that alone. will completely concentrate in that. do that very happily. but think abt us. what we do? we think a lot and do a lot. thats the big mistake. very big mistake.
so he says, we sholud concentrate on what we do now. don think anything more. sp, live for the "PRESENT".

2.Learn from "PAST":
------------------------
its not complete if u live only for present. if u fail in something,or had a bitter expereince in past, or whatever it may be, learn from that. think abt things that happened. don see what is wrong, always see whats RIGHT.thats very important. keep in my mind those lessons u learnt from the past and don't forget.so, learn from the "PAST".

3.Plan for the "FUTURE":
---------------------------
if u learn from past and living ur present, u will not know where u should head to. so, u should plan for the future. keep things in my mind. do them at times. finish everything within deadlines. don make delays. this will greatly help us. i'm 100% sure abt that. so plan for the "FUTURE".

4.Respond with "RESPONSIBILITY":
---------------------------------------
all the above said will not give u meaningfull life if u haven't taken any responsibility. obviously all man has some responsibilities. we should be remembered by atleast four people other than our family members for our contribution.so whenever u have to do a work, think abt the responsibility u got in that work, and then respond. so respond with "RESPONSIBILITY".

all together,

Respond with RESPONSIBILITY,
Learn from PAST,
Plan for the FUTURE,
Live completely in the PRESENT.

try following these atleast one day. i'm very sure, u all will agree that these are life's most important equations.

"THALA"

hi once again.

now back to back 2 film reviews. this time, its THALA's new film "KREEDOM".

i saw it on the second day.

the movie was quite good. yeah...believe me guys. it is good.

the most noce thing abt the film is, the complete story is fully based on a single story line. there is nothing extra in that. the director has maintained it very well.

second best thing is, THALA has made a remarkable acting. this is not at all a commercial film. its a nice family story. the theme is good. its abt a man who wants to do all good to his family and he has showed that he will sacrifice even his life for the family.

father, Rajkiran, is a notable in this film. its very interesting to see him in "pant". hehe...! yeah, he rarely wears dhoti in this film. that too not folded. good boy.

charanya, mother of THALA, as usual acted, sorry sorry lived as a mother with humurous activities. thats her identity.

Thrisha, cute heroine, has made a nice role in this. very less glamour, nice acting. face expression was good. tried some comedy too, but not great. its ok. she has scored a good one.

the villain is sick. he comes only for two scenes. both are fights. he seldom speaks. but thats nice. i have seen no movie, in which villain comes only in two scenes. thats the talent of the director i hope. the feelings they show towards other people are good. i didnt like vivek's acting in this movie. he was used effectively in one scene alone. so he has failed to make his presence in the film.

abt the music, kathukutti G.V.Prakash is having some talent yaar. the songs are good. melodies are so good. BGM was fine, infact gr8. i felt a nice warmth in his music.

there were very less unnecessary scenes.

totally, this KREEDOM can be said as one of the good films of THALA..!

The "BOSS"

hi all,

i'm back to scrible.

this time, i thought i should write abt "SIVAJI-THE BOSS".

i gonna write the true feeling of mine. so this is not to hurt anyone, if at all it hurts!!

ok lets go...

first, the movie is commercially a damn damn good entertaining movie. i enjoyed it completely. the songs are particularly amazing. shankar has proved it again that he is a great technician.

our superstar has also acted very good. those styles are awesome. he has done a great job. he has also shown his talents rather than the style. BGM was great. hats off to ARR.

Art direction was not that much good. i'm not happy with that this time. Thotta Tharani is a very talented guy. but in most of the scenes i could see the artificial appearence. i'll give u an example. the scene in which Rajni gets the money from the villain and fights with the rowdies. that grassy location was damn artificial. second is that musical shop. nowadays u could seldom see such a conjusted shop. i hope he failed in those places.

next is stunts. man, i'm sick of that old style stunts. too much of graphics is good for notthing. show some reality. Shankar's touch was missing in that fight. he could have made some change to that.

Camera. This is one more field abt which i'm very happy. k.v.anand, has done a remarkable job. the view for each scene, particularly for songs, it was so good. his work made the movie have a cool look. applause to him.

abt the actors who made a role in this film, it was good. though director wasted some people, its was nice. pappaiya was making mokkai jokes. Raja, father of shreya in the film, was having a poor dialogue delivery skill. those things should have been taken care of. but its ok. Rajni and suman managed the whole show. it wont be good if i didnt mentiona word abt the beauty shreya. she was so so so good looking! not only danced, but also acted well. so applause to her too.

totaly, it was a good entertainer. but not a great story to keep in mind.
